Qualify for Year-End Awards
To qualify for Year-End Awards, each exhibitor will need to.
**In case of the death of your horse, a Death Certificate, dated and signed by a San Diego County Veterinarian, with his/her telephone number, must be presented to a SSC board member for you to continue to be eligible for year-end awards riding/showing a new horse.
Volunteer Hours
We always need volunteers!
You can come to a show and help at the entry booth, arena gate, help maintain the grounds by picking up trash, removing rocks in the arena, and dragging and watering as needed to keep our arena in tip-top shape.

SUNNYSIDE SADDLE CLUB STANDING RULES
The following are representative causes for suspension and/or expulsion from the Club:
- Willfully violating By-Laws, Show Rules or Standing Rules.
- Failing or neglecting to perform any duty required by the By-Laws, Show Rules, Standing Rules, or an order of the Club.
- Fraudulently receiving or misappropriating funds from or for the Club.
- Failing to conform to the rules and regulations of any event of the Club’s activities
- Willful slandering of another member or officer of the Club.
- Willful damaging of Club property, or any other property used in connection with Club activities.
- Committing any act of violence, fighting, brawling, or improper conduct at any Club activities.
- Gambling at Club activities.
- Conduct, at or away from Club activities, which results in a conviction of a felony.
- Habitual disturbing of harmony at Club activities.
- Using profane language at Club activities.
- Conduct, at or away from Club activities, that can bring discredit on the good name of the Sunnyside Saddle Club.
Any of the above violations, or similar ones, shall be reported to a member of the Executive Board who shall call a meeting of the Executive Board to investigate the incident. The Executive Board shall have full jurisdictional responsibility for the rending of disciplinary action against Club members to the extent of suspension and/or expulsion from the Club. The decision of the Executive Board shall be final and is non-contestable.
